Fifty artists with flourish

Vision Gallery in Chandler was packed during last month’s opening for “Flourish: Artworks Inspired by Our Gardens,” which features works with a natural, floral or botanical vibe.

Plenty of artists were on hand, and happy to talk with gallery visitors about their works being featured at the gallery through Aug. 30.

Exploring the exhibition is a lovely way to enjoy the works of 50 Arizona artists in a single setting.

It features paintings, textiles, photographs, ceramics, mixed media works and more.

You’ll find some additional works in the space as well. Think large fiberglass ostrich covered in fruits and vegetables created by Ruth Knowles, “Techno-Gyres” created by Rachel Wilson as part of IN FLUX Cycle 4 and several works by Phoenix sculptorKevin Caron.

Enjoy this sampling of works, then head to the gallery for more art meets nature.

Here is the link to see photos of work.
